Wayne Brown

 

Years at Etowah: Coach Brown is entering his second year as a lay coach at Etowah High School.  

 

Education: Coach Brown graduated from Providence College with a BS Degree in Management. 

 

Playing Experience:  Throughout his playing career Coach Brown participated in various levels of Baseball and Softball activities.   During his softball career he was a member of the Rhode Island State ASA Championship softball team and an ASA National Championship Team.  He was recognized for his accomplishments on the National Championship Team by being named to the “All Tournament Team” as an outfielder. 

 

Coaching Experience: During his sports career Coach Brown has coached baseball, softball and basketball at various levels of competition.  Most recently he served as an assistant coach on several women’s fast pitch softball travel teams.

 

Family: Coach Brown is married to his wife of thirty years, Marikay and they have two children, Victoria and Kevin.
